Abstract

This article show a literature review of workplace harassment issue. Also, It´s a presenting about the care work organization articulated by Chilean state trough psychosocial programs whose mission is to care victims of violence.
In these programs, women workers are exposed to different psychosocial risk at work that impact their subjectivity and mental health. The aim of this article attempt to provide theoretical and methodological tools to deepen in their experiences of AMT,
responding to the research challenge in this field from the guidelines of the clinic of work. The article end by presenting a model to lead research of that kind based on research methodology of the psychodynamic of work of Ch. Dejours.
