The article deals with the correlation and influence of the variables of leadership and resilience that occurs in student leaders; the objective was to determine the influence of the attitudes of the variable leadership in the attitudes of the resilience variable. The research method was the correlational quantitative, through the Likert scale. The results show that there is a correlation of 0.545 with the dimension training - aptitude with resilience; 0.628 the values dimension - attitude with resilience; and 0.508 the transformation - action dimension with the transformation - action dimension; also 41.1% influence of the variable leadership
on resilience. Concluding that there is a medium positive correlation and a partial influence of the variable leadership on resilience. - Downloads
