Abstract

The objective of this research is to identify and analyze the social and economic effects generated by the Tour Operators Crillon Tours, Transturin and Magri Turismo, as well as the factors by which they decided to invest in the community. In the same way, the situation in which Yumani and its tourist activity is found, carrying out an analysis on general aspects of the inhabitants, also the characteristics and experiences of the tourists who visit the community; evaluating their degree of satisfaction. The metodology used is descriptive correlational. Finally, it is concluded that the Tour Operators mentioned, generated important economic
and social effects, being mostly positive in the study community.
