The packaging industry, particularly in the fields of agriculture, medicine, and food, has gained relevance due to the requirements for preserving and distributing products effectively. This study aimed to analyze the influence of transformational leadership on the work climate within a packaging company located in Lima, Peru, during 2024. A quantitative approach was employed, with a basic,
non-experimental, and correlational design. The sample consisted of 80 employees selected through purposive sampling, using a validated questionnaire with high reliability. The results showed that transformational leadership accounted for 48% of the variance in the work climate (Nagelkerke R² = 0.48), and that its dimensions — idealized influence, inspirational motivation, and intellectual stimulation — were positively and significantly associated with the organizational climate (p < 0.05). It is concluded that the balanced strengthening of these dimensions may contribute to improving the work environment and organizational performance. - Downloads
