Abstract

The objective of this article is to reflect on the need to promote values towards academic integrity through an appreciation for the veracity of the investigated facts. This happens, in the first place, for the student who assumes the process of scientific work as a challenge that strengthens his / her academic and formative leadership in the research area; secondly, the presence of teachers committed to honest work and innovative research proposals and finally the presence of the university academic institution that fosters the assumption of a culture of academic integrity in all its processes.
