- Abstract
-
Universities have a third mission: entrepreneurship, which translates into transferring the knowledge generated in them to society; however, it has not been sufficiently developed in the higher education centers of Cuba; although with the appearance of Decree 363/2019, organizational forms begin to be envisioned capable of encouraging the application of the results of science, technology and innovation in the productive and service sectors of the country. Any organizational form that is adopted must be supported by legal norms. This work aims to demonstrate that in Cuba there are legal foundations that allow the creation of new organizational forms to transfer the knowledge generated in universities.
