Addressing the problem that both individuals and organizations currently have when balancing work and family, in the present investigation a study of organizational commitment was carried out, with the objective of comparing this psychological variable in the personnel of a food company that belongs to the industrial sector in the city of La Paz, depending on whether or not they have children who are dependent on them. A comparative descriptive methodology was used, where it was determined that there is a significant difference in the organizational commitment measured in 119 participating employees. From the results, it could
be determined that the difference scored by both groups (with children = 90.42 and without children = 84.02) is significant at 5% error. - Downloads
