This article presents the Unipersonal Limited Liability Company business entity type as an alternative for support of the micro, small and mediumsized Bolivian companies. Through the legal analysis, the possibility for its implementation is established, given the current constitutional regulations, inclined towards strengthening the country’s commercial capacity with priority support for
micro, small and medium enterprises; the need to adapt to the current commercial context of Bolivian Commercial Law and the laws of Latin American countries that have already proceeded to implement it in their legal system. - Downloads
