This article shows the results of a systematic literature review carried out with articles indexed in data bases Scopus, Scielo, Redalyc, Dialnet, Lilacs and DOAJ. Aim: To describe and to analyze the proposals contend in scientific articles for the approaching of AMT in Chile (2012-2018). Method: scoping literature review of 18 articles. Results: It is evidences that the proposals have been interesting
in organizational, lawful and research themes. Conclusions: The proposals have tried to help the AMT prevention and eradication in the national scope, considering it as a form of violence that impairment the dignity and occupational health. It is recognized
the value of research, models development, interventions initiative and theoricalempirical reflection as contributions in this task. - Downloads
