This article aims to establish the relationship between organizational commitment, burnout and job satisfaction in employees of a private entity in La Paz, Bolivia. Showing more information about how involved a person feels in the workplace, and also finding the level of burnout in the staff, therefore knowing the degree of job satisfaction that workers have. The research is of a descriptive correlational type since it aims to establish the measurable relationship between two or more variables, it corresponds to the survey and cross-sectional method. To collect data, three questionnaires were used, one on organizational commitment, another on the burnout syndrome, and finally a job satisfaction scale, which were applied to 113 participants. The results showed that there is a relationship between organizational commitment and job satisfaction, people who are involved in their work have higher job satisfaction. Likewise, a relationship was found between burnout and job satisfaction, that is, people with burnout showed negative attitudes and feelings towards co-workers, they feel emotionally exhausted, so they present low job satisfaction.
