The research sought to determine the incidence of the four knowledge of Jacques Delors education in the continuous training required by staff in private companies, a study that was carried out between April and July of the year 2019; being the population of 78 workers of two companies of the field of systems and power electronics, the sample considered the entire population. Research
oriented in the positivist paradigm of quantitative approach and causal correlational design, following the logistic regression technique. Having as a result that 44.1% of the variation of continuing education is explained by the four knowledge of Jacques
Delors’ education; demonstrating that: Those of four knowledge of Jacques Delors’ education have a significant impact on the continuous training of personnel in the two private companies where he conducted the investigation. - Downloads
