- Abstract
-
The results of the emotions generated during the earthquake of September 19, 2017 are presented. People affected by the earthquake were interviewed to determine the way in which they emotionally responded to this event; two in-depth interviews were applied, considering the Metepec region, Puebla and the Axochiapan area, Morelos. The methodology used was a case study on people from the Puebla and Morelos regions. The results confirm emotions such as fear, crying, uneasiness, fear, anguish, sadness, as well as problems with physical condition and the impossibility of acting quickly in case of emergencies since they live from informal commerce, however, their religious communities create a network of support that leads them to face problems.
