The work is based on meaningful learning as a form of elementary constructivism of cognitive pedagogy for basic education. The objective of the research was to determine the effects of cognitive conflict applied as pedagogical strategies of the MC / CC / RC / RE type [Motivation and conflict / conflict and construction of learning / feedback and conflict / feedback and evaluation], in science learning and technology. The method was quantitative and experimental, pure experiment type.
The sample consisted of 120 schoolchildren 10 to 12 years old. We use a performance test and a list of competencies to verify learning. The results corroborate that the cognitive conflict applied in learning sessions of the MC / CC / RC / RE type, contribute to the increase in the learning of science and technology. We conclude that the effects are positive both in the variable and in the dimensions of inquiry, explanation and construction of technological solutions. - Downloads
